Effective September 27, 2026. Approved by the Center-Line Machining owner/admin.
Center-Line Machining permits authorized personnel to use ERP Accounting for the company's internal accounting operations. This permission is limited to the company ERP and the QuickBooks company approved by its owner/admin. Access is not transferable, and this integration is not offered for resale or public signup.
Use your assigned account, protect credentials, and act only within your role. Do not access another company's records, bypass approval controls, upload information you are not authorized to use, or expose connection tokens. Report suspected unauthorized access and incorrect accounting entries promptly to the owner/admin at kristian@clmachining.com.
The owner/admin alone approves account mappings, opening balances and the initial import. ERP records, supporting documents and approved accounting decisions govern the entries. AI suggestions, successful API responses and matching totals alone do not establish bookkeeping accuracy. Review exceptions and reconcile account balances before relying on reports.
The integration is intended to record invoices, bills and payments in both ledgers. It does not execute bank transfers. Changes, credits, voids and payments must be supported by an implemented and verified workflow before synchronization. Users must not work around a blocked transaction by creating a duplicate.
Use of QuickBooks Online remains subject to the company's separate agreement with Intuit. This agreement does not grant rights in Intuit products or represent endorsement or certification by Intuit. Connectivity depends on the shop host, network, gateway and Intuit services. An interruption may delay updates; do not assume a delayed request failed or resubmit it under a new identity without checking its result.
The company retains control of its business records. The accompanying privacy notice describes the integration's handling of data. The owner/admin may remove user access or disconnect the QuickBooks integration. Disconnection does not reverse posted transactions or erase required accounting records. Corrections must follow the applicable accounting workflow.
Contact the owner/admin for support and discrepancy review. Material changes to these terms must be reviewed by the owner/admin and communicated before they take effect. The published version will identify its effective date. This agreement does not accept Intuit's developer agreement or any other third-party terms on the owner's behalf.
