The QuickBooks company administrator can manage the app’s access in QuickBooks connected-app settings. Ask the ERP owner/admin to verify revocation and remove stored connection credentials. An ERP disconnect control is still being implemented and tested.
Opening this page does not disconnect anything. Revocation does not erase previously posted accounting transactions or the ERP’s retained business records. Request corrections or deletion review from the owner/admin.
